Board roles are changing, challenging to find and do well, and your reputation as a Board Director is fundamentally important whether on an existing Board or in expanding your portfolio. You need to bring your best self to the meetings.
ChairX and Liberte Coaching have come together to offer Chairs, NED’s and Board Directors a unique opportunity for 6 bespoke sessions of 1-1 Coaching with an expert, to perfect and enhance your Board skills and understanding and become as proficient as possible in the new role.
This 6-session course is not just for new Board Directors but also experienced individuals who wish to grow in their role as Chair, NED, Board Director, whether in-house in a Company or as an individual portfolio Board Director.
Individuals in Chair/NED & Board Director roles will return to their Boards with enhanced Board skills as well as greater insight and understanding.
As Corporates you can engage your key Board Members/Executive/Non-Executive team and optimise your Board meetings more fully, by offering your key players this 1-1 coaching, learning and development opportunity.
The sessions are one hour long and can be done in any timeframe on Teams/Zoom.
